From June 19-22, IRO hosted the Dutch Pavilion at SEOGS in Paramaribo. Compared to last year, the fair has grown considerably with more conference flows, more exhibitors and more visitors. It was busy, the atmosphere was great and there was plenty to do.
Besides the official opening by President Santokhi and his visit to the fair, another highlight was the signing of an MoU between Port of Nickerie and two IRO members Van Oord and Van Aalst.
Everything took place in the nice location of Torarica Resort and Royal Torarica with great facilities and hospitality.
We have received positive feedback from our participants. We have secured the same good spot on the exhibition floor for next year.
